In plain words: which data ArchiTek Soft receives through this website, what for, and how to ask us to delete it.

Updated: October 2026

  1. 01

What you send in a request

When you send a request, we receive what you fill in on the form:

    • your name and the contact details you give (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail), and how you prefer to be contacted
    • for businesses, the company name and type
    • project details: the size of the furniture front (its rows or its area), the package, the complexity and any extras you chose, the room type, dimensions, your answers about style, appliances and timing, and your message
    • the site language and the page the request was sent from
  2. 02

Files, photos and videos of your room

Plans, drawings, sketches, photos and videos you attach are stored on our server and used only for your project. A file is uploaded the moment you attach it, so it reaches us even if you never send the request.

When you shoot with guidance, the camera and your phone's motion sensors switch on only with your permission. The picture is analysed in your browser (for example, to warn you that the room is too dark), and only the photos and videos you take reach us.

  3. 03

    Statistics and campaign parameters

We count visits with our own statistics, without cookies or third-party trackers. We keep the page, the language and the site you came from. Your IP address is not stored, and the visitor identifier changes every day, so it cannot follow you from one day to the next or across other websites.

If you arrive from an ad or a social media link, its campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) are counted with that page view. Your browser tab also keeps the link's campaign parameters and the name of the site you came from until you close it, so that a request you send later in the same visit still shows us which channel brought it.

  4. 04

    Cookies and browser storage

The site sets cookies only to remember a choice you make: when you switch between light and dark theme, and when you pick “For Individuals” or “For Business” on the Packages page (opening the page for individuals or for business counts as that choice too), so the Packages page opens on the same view. That second choice is kept in a cookie named aud, holding “individuals” or “business”, and it is deleted when you close the browser. Your project page sets technical cookies that remember the page's key and code, so its files open. The Web Viewer remembers the colours and decors you last chose, in your browser. The request form (“Start a project”) keeps your answers only in that tab, in the browser's temporary storage, so an edit or a page reload does not lose them; the draft is deleted when the tab closes or after you send. None of this is used to track you.

Some 3D pages load the AR viewing component from an external public server. Like any request on the internet, it sees your IP address.

  5. 05

    Telegram, WhatsApp and e-mail

The studio is notified of a new request on Telegram and by e-mail; the e-mail is sent through an e-mail delivery service. If you open our Telegram bot after sending a request and press Start, your chat is linked to the request and your links and files arrive there. If you choose WhatsApp, we continue the conversation there.

Telegram, WhatsApp and the e-mail delivery service are separate companies that handle messages under their own rules. To talk to you, we use only the messenger you chose.

  6. 06

    What we use it for

To reply to you, work out the price, prepare the project and deliver the result, and to understand which pages and channels are useful. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Other companies receive it only for the work itself: the messengers and the e-mail delivery service named above carry our messages, and a manufacturer receives the project only with your consent.

  7. 07

    Your project page

You receive the finished work through a personal link. The page is open only to people who have the link and, if you wish, is protected by a code and has an expiry date.

The studio sees when the page was opened and what was done on it: opening the 3D view, AR or Live 3D, downloading files, approving the option, asking for changes or asking a question. With this we keep the browser and device details your browser reports and a one-way code derived from the IP address, not the address itself. A message and contact details you leave on the page reach us too.

We do not show your project among our work without your consent.

  8. 08

    Storage and deletion

We keep the data on our server for as long as the project, and any questions about it later, need it.

At any time you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data and files by writing to architeksoft@gmail.com. We delete them from our system and let you know when it is done. Backups may keep the data for a while longer, until they are refreshed. You can also delete Telegram and WhatsApp conversations yourself, in the app.

  9. 09

    Changes

If what we receive, or how we use it, changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Questions about your data?

Write to us: we will answer and, if you ask, delete your data. architeksoft@gmail.com
