No. ArchiTek Soft is an engineering and interactive 3D studio. We create renders, video, a 3D link, AR and production files; the furniture is made by the manufacturer you choose.

With businesses (manufacturers, showrooms and studios) that need 3D to sell and exact files for the workshop, and with individuals who want to see their home before they order furniture.

The manufacturer you choose, or the company you already work with. You hand them the approved project and its link.

In Armenia, in Vanadzor and Yerevan. We work online: we receive measurements and photos through the website or a messenger and send the result as a link, so we can work with clients in any city.

For Individuals: the Basic Visual Package (your furniture in 3D in a studio room; your real room is an optional add-⁠on), the Interactive Live 3D Package (your real room plus Live 3D) and the VIP Package (your home, presented in full). For Business: Under Your Brand (the Basic or Live 3D package with your logo and contacts) and the Complete Production Package (the visual model plus the cutting map (raskroy), edge banding, 2D assembly drawings in mm and a CNC machine file).

By the square metre of furniture front, times a complexity factor. The starting rates (simple complexity): Basic Visual Package from 2,000 AMD / m², Interactive Live 3D Package from 3,000 AMD / m², VIP Package from 4,500 AMD / m²; for business, the Complete Production Package from 5,000 AMD / m². A typical 3 m kitchen (6.12 m², simple complexity) costs 12,200 AMD, 18,400 AMD or 27,500 AMD. The final price is agreed before work starts.

The face of the furniture: the length of each run times its front height (lower cabinets 0.90 m, wall cabinets 0.72 m, tall unit 2.10 m, wardrobe 2.50 m). The room's floor area is not counted, so a TV unit in a large living room costs little.

The rate per m² (and any add-⁠on priced per m²). A straight run of standard cabinets is simple; corner units and several drawer stacks are medium; an island, curves, glass or framed fronts are complex. The starting prices and the calculator use the first level (simple complexity), and we confirm the level with you together with the price.

In the Interactive Live 3D and VIP packages, yes. With the Basic Visual Package your furniture is shown in a studio room, and your real room is an add-⁠on: + 500 AMD / m². We model it from plans and photos: walls, doors, windows, pipes.

The Basic Visual Package to see the design quickly, the Interactive Live 3D Package to walk through your own home and decide together, and the VIP Package when you want priority, more Live 3D hours and more time to decide. Businesses choose Under Your Brand to sell in 3D, or the Complete Production Package for the visuals and the workshop files in one order. Not sure? Send us the project and we will advise.

Included: up to 2 minor revisions (Basic Visual Package), up to 4 minor revisions (Interactive Live 3D Package) or up to 6 minor revisions (VIP Package). The online link stays active for 30 days, 45 days or 90 days after the order is completed, and it can be extended. Downloads are yours to keep.

Before work starts. We check the furniture front and the complexity, then send you the price. You pay nothing to send a request.

Our premium format: your future home in photoreal 3D, in real time, on your own phone or computer, with nothing to install. Walk through the rooms, open cabinets and drawers, and switch fronts, worktops and lighting as you go. With Live 3D the whole family makes the final decision together, before the furniture is made.

The Interactive Live 3D Package (4 hours) and the VIP Package (8 hours). For business, Live 3D is the one optional extra of the Complete Production Package: + 1,000 AMD / m² · 4 h of Live 3D within 20 days. Showrooms can also book it by the day for an open day: 30,000 AMD.

The Web Viewer is a light 3D link included in every package: open it at any time and share it with others. Live 3D is the premium format: your future home with photoreal image and light in real time, where everything responds as you walk.

No. A modern phone, tablet or laptop with a browser and a stable internet connection is enough. There is nothing to install.

Live 3D is a budget of hours that you use whenever you like within the Live 3D window, counted from the day we send your Live 3D link: 4 hours within 20 days in the Interactive Live 3D Package, 8 hours within 30 days in the VIP Package. The window exists because each session runs on a cloud GPU reserved for you. An extra hour costs 5,000 AMD.

The room's measurements and a few photos or a short video are enough. No drawings are needed: a hand sketch with dimensions will do. In the request form you can shoot the room with the camera's guidance, and the measuring guide shows what to measure.

A photo of a sketch, a floor plan, drawings in PDF or DWG, a 3D model, and photos and videos of the room. Not sure what is needed? Send what you have and we will tell you whether it is enough.

With the Basic Visual Package: renders, a video and your Web Viewer link with AR, plus one sheet with your room's dimensions when your real room is modelled. The Interactive Live 3D and VIP packages include your real room and Live 3D. Every file is on one private page with an access code. The Complete Production Package adds the cutting map (raskroy) with sheet nesting, the edge-banding specification, 2D assembly drawings and schematics in mm, the parts schedule and a CNC machine file: PDF for the workshop, JSON for the machine.

Through a personal link: your project page, with the renders, the video, the 3D link and the files in one place. We send the link on Telegram or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. On the same page you can approve the option or ask for changes.

Yes. You can change colours and materials yourself in the Web Viewer. Layout or dimension changes you mark while reviewing the 3D model, and we make them before the final renders, video and files are produced. The extent of changes is agreed together with the price.

The first 3D link is usually ready within 24–48 hours, depending on the complexity of the project. The production files are prepared after the 3D is approved. We give you the timeline for your project together with the price.

Your project page opens only from a personal link and, if you wish, is also protected by a code and has an expiry date. We never publish your project or files without your consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
