How is Live 3D different from the Web Viewer?
The Web Viewer is a light 3D link you can open at any time. Live 3D is the premium format: photoreal images and light in real time, in your future home, where you walk at eye level, open cabinets and switch materials and lighting.
How many hours are included, and why is there a window?
4 hours within 20 days, counted from the day we send your Live 3D link, with no limit per visit. Each session runs on a high-end cloud GPU reserved for you, so the hours and the window are set. An extra hour costs 5,000 AMD.
Do I need a powerful computer or an app?
No. A modern phone, tablet or laptop and a stable connection are enough, with nothing to download or install.
What if the connection drops?
If the connection drops on our side, that time is not counted. You carry on from where you stopped.
