Never without the model
The production package is always made from the visual model, which is included in the price: you check the build on it, and your customer approves the design before cutting.

When are the files prepared?
After your customer's approval. A design change after approval is priced separately.
Can you work to our standards?
Yes. Tell us your assembly standard, hardware, boards, edge bands and sheet sizes, and the files are prepared for them.
Why is the visual model always included?
Because the files come from that very model. You and your customer check the build on it before cutting, so the production package is never sold without the model.
Which formats will I get?
A PDF for the shop floor and JSON with the same data, for your software and your CNC machine. If you need a specific format, mention it in your request.
